Hi, I shared this technique video on our YouTube channel a few weeks ago but unsure sure how to turn the backgrounds into finished cards. I asked on some groups and finally decided on what to do. All the products I use to finish the cards are listed below, but the supplies I used to create the background can be found in the description area under the video on YouTube.
I die cut the Fancy Christmas Channel die by Memory Box from the blue background and from white card to make two in-lay diecut cards. On the white background I added some Jewel enamel dots in Seabreeze and Morning Dew to add some more interest. In-lay diecut style of cards are easy to make and easy post for Christmas. There are two pieces of the 1 inch scor tape behind on the card base to hold all the diecut pieces together.
Elfish Antics Card
For the green background I added some Elves and toys from the Elfish Antics stamp set and diecut a large tag from an Avery Elle set.
These were quite quick cards to make and I only have the pink background left over – can’t decide what to do with it. If you have any ideas or suggestions please leave a comment below.
