Happy Friday crafty people. I’m Jenny from Ginger Ninja Crafts and I’m so happy to be with you again for another guest post on The Little Paper Tree blog. Today I am sharing a fun card using some adorable stamps from the Penguin Agenda set by Penguin Palace.
First I stamped some of these cute characters onto white cardstock in black ink and coloured them with a selection of alcohol markers before fussy cutting them out.
MAKING THE CARD
I selected three pieces of coloured card to match the colours I used to colour the penguins. I cut the following squares:
5 x 5 cm – 2 red, 1 yellow and 1 blue
4.5 x 4.5 cm – 3 white and 1 yellow
4 x 4 cm – 1 in blue
3.5 x 3.5 cm – 1 in white
I used a corner punch to round 2 corners on every square before layering up these squares. Added them to the front of a 15 x 15 cm white card blank. Then I added a die cut sentiment from the Sizzix die set and the three penguins are stuck on with 3d pads to give a little dimension.
I really loved playing with these cute penguins and I’ve made a few different projects which I’m sharing on my Instagram and blog today, I’d love to hear what you think of them too.
Thank you so much for spending some time with me today, I’ve loved visiting you all on The Little Paper Tree blog.
