We dispatch orders from Monday to Friday.
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 – 3 working days, but during sales, the dispatch times can be longer.

We ship by weight and have tried to keep our shipping and handling rates as fair and low as possible. All orders posted via Royal Mail.

• Orders up to 100g – the postage charge is £12.99
• Orders up to 250g – the postage charge is £13.99
• Orders up to 500g – the postage charge is £18.99
• Orders up to 1000g – the postage charge is £24.99
• Orders over 1000g – the postage charge is £29.99
*We are not able to send to the USA
VAT included for all UK Orders. Customs and import duties to other countries in Europe and Rest Of World are the responsibility of the customer.
All items are accurately weighted (allowing a 2g tolerance). You are able to see the shipping quote in your basket before placing your order. Product weight can be seen on the “Additional Information” tab on each product.
We are unable to take orders over the phone.
The majority of UK orders arrive within 5 days, but due to Coronavirus and local lockdowns may take 14 working days. Please contact us if your order has not arrived 30 working days after dispatched date.

The majority of International orders arrive within 10 days, but due to Coronavirus and lockdowns may take 30 working days. Please contact us if your order has not arrived 60 working days after dispatched date.

If you have any special delivery requirements, please enter these into the comments box at checkout. We will not accept instructions to leave parcels in bins of any kind or left outdoors where they could be damaged by poor weather conditions.
Please note that during sale periods, orders may take longer to dispatch due to the high volume that we receive at these times.
Customs and VAT
Please note that any customs/import duties for orders to Europe and Rest of World remain the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, returns are accepted within 7 working days. Goods must be returned in their original packaging in a re-saleable condition. P&P costs are non-refundable and a 5% re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Sale items are non-refundable/returnable unless damaged during post. Please email (firstname.lastname@example.org) first.
Please note that we will not accept liability for loss of goods being returned so we recommend that the necessary insurance (Certificate of Posting or Recorded Delivery) be taken by you.
A full refund/exchange/replacement will be given on faulty goods or where an incorrect item(s) has been sent to you. Claims will only be settled after the faulty goods have been returned with the nature of the fault clearly stated.
Any goods returned incomplete i.e. packaging missing, accessories missing etc. will not be replaced or credited. Similarly, goods found to have been used will not be replaced or credited.
Any claims for non-delivery must be made within 30 days of purchase. Any claims for shortages must be made within 2 days of delivery. NO CLAIMS WILL BE CONSIDERED AFTER THIS TIME.
