How To Make a Purchase

Making a purchase is very simple.  Browse through our online shop and add to cart any items you wish to buy.  Once you have finished, click on checkout or your cart, where you will be asked for a few details. You can also add comments if needed.  If you are already logged in, check your postal address and select your shipping option.

Click Proceed to Paypal.  You do not need a paypal account to use PayPal.  Confirm the items and cost, and click on Pay.  You will be taken back to The Little Paper Tree website.  You will receive an email confirmation from The Little Paper Tree and from Paypal. We will get your order ready, and will send a confirmation email once your parcel has been posted.

 Post and Packing

We have tried to keep our shipping and handling rates as fair and low as possible.
All orders are posted via Guernsey Mail/Royal Mail.

    • Postage & Packing to Guernsey Channel Islands £1.99
    • Postage & Packing to Jersey, Isle of Man and United Kingdom £4.20 including VAT
    • Postage and Packing to Europe – including Ireland £6.90
    • Postage & Packing to Rest Of World £10.20

Free shipping is still available for UK orders over £50.00 (up to 500g) and EU orders over £60.00 (up to 500g).

UK – VAT is already included on all orders.  The new postage stamp will advise customs that VAT has already been paid and your order should fly through and reach you sooner.

If your order is quite heavy (Tools/Albums/Cardstock) we will contact you about any difference in shipping charges.

Customs and VAT

Unfortunately all orders to the UK need to have VAT added to the products for custom/import duties. This is completely outside our (TLPT) control. This will be shown in your cart at checkout.

Please not that any customs/import duties for orders to Europe and Rest of World remain your responsibility.

Please note that we will not accept instructions to leave parcels in bins of any kind, or left outdoors where they could be damaged by poor weather conditions.

We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days of receipt of payment. The majority of orders are dispatched same/next day but this cannot be guaranteed.

Please note that during Sale periods, orders may take longer to dispatch due to the high volume that we receive at these times.
