We aim to dispatch orders within 2 – 3 working days, however during sales the dispatch times can be longer. Please be aware that your orders may take longer to reach you due to COVID.

 

Postage Costs

We ship by weight and keep our shipping and handling rates as fair and low as possible. All orders posted via Royal Mail.

  • Free shipping for all orders over £50 and under 2kg
  • Flat rate of £3.99 for all orders up to 2kg
  • All orders are available to send 2nd class “Signed For” for £4.99
  • Courier Delivery available for all orders over 2kg for £10.99

 

~ ~ EUROPEAN ORDERS ~ ~
INTERNATIONAL TRACKED

  • Orders up to 250g – the postage charge is £11.99
  • Orders up to 500g – the postage charge is £14.99
  • Orders up to 1000g – the postage charge is £16.99
  • Orders up to 3000g – the postage charge is £25.00 (Courier shipping)

 

We are no longer able to send to the USA, Canada or Rest of World

 

VAT included for all UK Orders. Customs and import duties to other countries in Europe are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to mark orders as ‘gift’ on customs forms.

All products are accurately weighed allowing a 2g tolerance. Clearly see the Postage Charge for your basket before Check Out.  If Free Shipping is not available – your order may be over the 2kg weight limit. Find the product weight on the “Additional Information” tab on each product.

We are unable to take orders over the phone.

 

Delivery Estimates

The majority of UK orders arrive within 5 days, but due to Coronavirus may take 10 working days. Please contact us if your order has not arrived 30 working days after dispatched date.

The majority of International orders arrive within 10 days, but due to Coronavirus may take longer. Please contact us if your order has not arrived 10 working days after dispatched date.

If you have any special delivery requirements, please enter these into the comments box at checkout. We will not accept instructions to leave parcels in bins of any kind or left outdoors where they could be damaged by poor weather conditions.

Customs and VAT

Please note that any customs/import duties for orders to Europe remain the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, returns are accepted within 7 working days. Goods must be returned in their original packaging in a re-saleable condition. P&P costs are non-refundable.

Sale items are non-refundable/returnable unless damaged during post. Please email (info@thelittlepapertree.com) first.

Please note that we will not accept liability for loss of goods being returned so we recommend that the necessary insurance (Certificate of Posting or Recorded Delivery) be taken by you.

A full refund/exchange/replacement will be given on faulty goods or where an incorrect item(s) has been sent to you. Claims will only be settled after the faulty goods have been returned with the nature of the fault clearly stated.

Any goods returned incomplete i.e. packaging missing, accessories missing etc. will not be replaced or credited. Similarly, goods found to have been used will not be replaced or credited.

Any claims for non-delivery must be made within 30 days of purchase. Any claims for shortages must be made within 2 days of delivery. NO CLAIMS WILL BE CONSIDERED AFTER THIS TIME.
