*CORONAVIRUS UPDATE*

We are taking steps to keep working safely, regularly washing hands before entering the stock room, and between orders. As we are a small staff (just Janet and Jeni) that work from home we are still able to dispatch your orders. Please note that orders are being dispatched first thing (8am) every Tuesday. Orders may take longer to reach you. Please note the cut off time for orders is 2pm Monday. Stay home. Stay safe. Enjoy some craft time.

Due to coronavirus and the tier system in the UK – your order may take longer to reach you. Please allow up to 30 days for delivery.

Due to coronavirus, Brexit and borders closing – we may not be able to dispatch orders to Europe at the moment. Please see the Service Updates on Royal Mail’s website to find which countries Royal Mail have temporarily stopped delivering too. We will monitor this daily and will dispatch your orders as soon as we are able to.

Post and Packing

We ship by Royal Mail. We ship by weight and have tried to keep our shipping and handling rates as fair and low as possible. All orders are posted via Royal Mail.

Orders up to 1000g the postage charge is £3.99
Orders up 2000g the postage charge is £4.99

Orders up to 2000g have the option for Signed For delivery

USA ORDERS

VAT charges included for all UK Orders. Customs and import duties to other countries in Europe and Rest Of World are the responsibility of the customer.

All items have been weighted accurately (allowing a 2g tolerance) and you will be able to see the shipping quote in your basket before placing your order. Product weight can be seen on the “Additional Information” tab on each product.

We are unable to take orders over the phone.

Delivery Estimates

We dispatch orders every Friday. The majority of UK orders arrive within 5 days, but due to Coronavirus and local lockdowns may take 14 working days. Please contact us if your order has not arrived 30 working days after dispatched date.

The majority of International orders arrive within 10 days, but due to Coronavirus and lockdowns may take 30 working days. Please contact us if your order has not arrived 60 working days after dispatched date.

If you have any special delivery requirements, please enter these into the comments box at checkout. We will not accept instructions to leave parcels in bins of any kind or left outdoors where they could be damaged by poor weather conditions.

Please note that during sale periods, orders may take longer to dispatch due to the high volume that we receive at these times.


Customs and VAT

Please note that any customs/import duties for orders to Europe and Rest of World remain the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, returns are accepted within 7 working days. Goods must be returned in their original packaging in a re-saleable condition. P&P costs are non-refundable and a 5% re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Sale items are non-refundable/returnable unless damaged during post. Please email (info@thelittlepapertree.com) first.

Please note that we will not accept liability for loss of goods being returned so we recommend that the necessary insurance (Certificate of Posting or Recorded Delivery) be taken by you.

A full refund/exchange/replacement will be given on faulty goods or where an incorrect item(s) has been sent to you. Claims will only be settled after the faulty goods have been returned with the nature of the fault clearly stated.

Any goods returned incomplete i.e. packaging missing, accessories missing etc. will not be replaced or credited. Similarly, goods found to have been used will not be replaced or credited.

Any claims for non-delivery must be made within 30 days of purchase. Any claims for shortages must be made within 2 days of delivery. NO CLAIMS WILL BE CONSIDERED AFTER THIS TIME.
